For over 50 years, Salumificio La Rocca has been producing and maturing all the cold cuts of the Piacenza tradition, with the clean air of the charming hills of Castell’Arquato.

It uses only meat from the heavy Po Valley pigs, which it transforms into delicious flakes, culatelli, mariole, strolghini and of course in the three typical Piacenza PDO cured meats: the “Regina” cup, the “Principe” salami and the “Castellana” pancetta.
